Hebrews 10:24-25
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day drawing near."
Uncommon Life Training
UnCommon Life Training is designed to help you unpack your story and find your purpose. In this process you will uncover your hurts, habits and hangups and tools to help you get unstuck. This is an 8 week class and participation is required.
Classes are 7 participants and 1 Trainer so space is limited. Childcare available upon request.
Grace Lifestyle
The Grace Lifestyle is a Spirt-led lifestyle that comes from the intersection of your Story, your Identity in Christ,
and your Purpose. Grace Lifestyle is a natural flow
of living out who you are and not what you do.
"It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me" - Gal. 2:20
Yes you can! We have quarterly Life Group Leader Training classes. Once you attend one of those we will have all the resources and information you need to start your own. In the mean time, you can take our Basics class.
A Typical Life group starts with some time of fellowship, a lesson, and a time of accountability and prayer. Our goal is that all our Life Groups will be receiving and responding to the Spirit of God every week. These meetings usually last around 1 hour.
You can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with. Although, we do pray that as time goes on you will grow in relationships with your group to the point of complete transparency.
We ask that our Life Group members try their hardest to commit to a weekly gathering. Although, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way. We ask that your prioritize your Life Group as much as possible.
One of the most common challenges for Life Groups at Gracepoint is how to navigate childcare. Groups have the freedom to decide what works best for their group, but here are a few examples of what groups have done/are doing:
• Every couple hires babysitters when they have their weekly meeting
• Rotate houses every week, and the couple who is hosting puts their own kids down without a sitter
• The group hires 2 sitters (or however many necessary) and hosts all kids at one house each week
• All kids are in a playroom/in backyard during Life Group with sitters
