After much prayer and preparation, we are excited to announce that we will resume in-person services at both Grace Point Church campuses on September 6.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Safety Measures for the  In-Person Experience
We want you to know that the safety of our guests is our highest priority. We commit to provide an in-person worship service experience that meets or exceeds all government and CDC guidelines.

In accordance with government recommendations, we are restructuring our services to create a sanitary, contactless environment that aligns with social distancing best practices

For everyone’s health and safety, we are implementing the following best practices:

Seat Reservations
  • For the 8:30am and 10am services, we ask you to RESERVE your seats online in advance on behalf of your family.  Using the link provided on this page.
  • The 11:30am service will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • To allow time to check-in, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the service starts, and have your phone ready to show your confirmation mail. In keeping with our contactless experience, we ask you NOT to print out your confirmation email. Please note that we will hold your reserved seats only until 5 minutes after the service starts, then we will release them to those on the waiting list.

Personal Protection
  • We are requiring everyone to wear protective face masks the entire time you are in the building. The only exceptions will be for those speaking or singing on stage.
  • We are implementing a safe-distancing seating plan by leaving 2 empty chairs between parties and every other row empty. Families and others who share a household are encouraged to sit together.
  • We have placed hand-sanitizer stations throughout the building for your use.

Campus Safety Protocols
  • We are designating one Entrance and one Exit. Grace Pointers, please park in the back and side lots and enter through the glass doors in back. We will ask everyone to Exit through the Big Red Doors that open to the front parking lot.
  • All used spaces and furnishings, including seats, will be sanitized with safe, fast, and hospital-grade disinfecting products.
  • Public water fountains will not be available for use.
  • We will not offer hospitality refreshments.
  • Volunteers will wear protective face masks and gloves and have their temperature checked before serving.
  • A Sanitation Team will keep surfaces wiped down  before, during, and after services.
  • Restrooms will be sanitized every 30 minutes.

Contactless Experience
  • We will not pass offering baskets. We will provide giving stations for in-person giving. Please consider using our ONLINE GIVING tool. For your convenience, you have the option to set up recurring giving.
  • We have replaced all print material with digital versions, to include the weekly bulletin and sermon notes pages. You can easily access digital resources and helpful links through the website and app.
  • All seat-back materials such as envelopes, papers, and pens will be removed.
What We Ask of All In-Person Worship Service Participants:
  1. If you don't feel well or have underlying health conditions that place you at risk, please stay home and join us ONLINE.
  2. We are making it mandatory for everyone  to wear a protective face mask.
  3. Please, wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often.
  4. Maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and other guests at all times.

It's OK to stay home! We are Grace Point Church wherever we are!
We will continue to monitor COVID-19 trends and government guidelines to determine any necessary changes. As you consider whether to attend in-person, we encourage you to make the best choice for your family.

IF you are at-risk or simply not ready for a large gathering, please stay home and participate with us ONLINE. We will continue to live stream our services through ChurchONLINE and Facebook.

GRACE POINT KIDS & STUDENTS

Your entire family is invited to sit and worship together in the auditorium.

We will continue to partner with you in leading our kids and students to live an uncommon life in Jesus through weekly, purposeful ministry activities provided through social media and other virtual spaces.
Grace Point Kids Ministry
To ensure both safety and an excellent experience for kids, we are implementing
a gradual reopening plan. At every stage of the plan, you are welcome to keep
your children with you in the auditorium. We will offer activity bags and other resources every week.  And, we will continue to offer Kids Bible lessons via video on the Kids West YouTube channel and Facebook.

ZOOM Virtual Classrooms will continue for the time being, but will be reevaluated at each phase of our reopening plan.

September 13
At the 8:30 and 11:30 services only,  we will open 2 rooms in the portable building for in-person Kids Ministry,  with limited class size.
Prior registration will be required.

Grace Point Student Ministry
We will not offer in-person Student Ministry on Sunday morning. We encourage students to attend either the 8:30 or 10am worship service with their families, and then serve at the other service.

Wednesday, September 16
Our Student Ministry is resuming September 16 with a new format! Students will meet in person in small groups homes for 3 weeks of the month to grow deeper in their relationship with God and their peers. In the fourth week, students will gather in our worship center to celebrate and receive a word of teaching and encouragement. This will also be an opportunity for our students to invite their friends.
